General Policy

Guests must agree to our booking policies, cancellation terms, and house rules when making a reservation. By confirming a booking, guests accept responsibility for following all property rules and agree to the stated cancellation and payment policies.

House Rules

Please note the following:

Only the registered guest included in the booking is permitted to stay in the room.

If an unregistered guest will be staying, a copy of their ID must be provided to reception. Additional charges may apply.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms or any indoor areas.

No pets are allowed unless agreed in advance.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

All used dishes, cutlery, and kitchenware must be cleaned and kept tidy.

Rubbish should be regularly disposed of from the room.

Please turn off all lights and electrical devices when leaving the room.

If you would like extra cleaning service, it can be arranged for £20 per day.
Please inform us at least one day in advance to schedule the housekeeping team.
